The invitation to tender concerns the purchase and provision of refuse collection services on commercial and quasi-household waste (municipal waste), including the installation, maintenance, repair and collection of collection equipment at start-up as well as at the end of the contract, collection and transport of waste for either recycling or disposal by incineration or landfill.
The tender also includes various services as well as rental and temporary installation of collection equipment for recyclable fractions for up to 3 months. These are only collection equipment for recyclable fractions, and not collection equipment for so-called "bulky waste"/"incineration suitable"/"mixed waste"/"waste for sorting".
The tender also includes the services necessary for the performance of the services offered, i.e. all personnel and material (containers, containers, etc.) for the collection and transport of waste and all ancillary services in connection with the execution of the work, such as work clothes, operating equipment, safety equipment, etc.
This contract includes, inter alia, commercial waste, including wood waste, concrete waste, cardboard waste, food waste, residual waste, etc. For details, see Annex 5 - Overview of lots.
Municipal waste is included for those contracting entities that have requested municipal waste and where it has been possible to repatriate in accordance with municipal regulations.
The following shall be excluded from the invitation to tender:
1) Waste covered by a municipal collection scheme, e.g. municipal waste, where it has not been repatriated.
2) Waste categorised as hazardous waste.
3) Slamsugning, fedtudskiller mv.
4. specific collection equipment/containers exempted from the invitation to tender by individual contracting entities;
