The subject of the contract is the service entitled: Services related to tree felling in ZZ Żywiec - stage II:

The Ordering Party divided the order into 3 parts, where each part is a separate subject of the contract.

Part 1 - Felling trees in the area of ZW Porąbka

Part 2 - Felling of trees in the area of Water Supervision in Żywiec

Part 3 - Felling of trees in the area of Water Supervision in Sucha Beskidzka

Detailed scope and type of work to be performed by the subject of the contract

for individual parts, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include:

– Description of the subject of the contract for part of the order No. 1 – Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ,

— Description of the item of the order for part of order 2 — Annex No 4b to SWZ,

— Description of the item of the order for part of order 3 — Annex No 4c to SWZ,

– Templates of the offer cost estimate – Annexes No. 3a, 3b and 3c to the SWZ,

— The model of the contract is — Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Lot 1 are services consisting in the removal of trees intended for felling, located on plots managed by PGW Wody Polskie in the area of the Management Board of the Żywiec Catchment Board, ZW Porąbka

The subject of the contract for Lot 2 are services consisting in the removal of trees intended for felling, located on plots managed by PGW Wody Polskie in the area of the Żywiec Catchment Board, NW Żywiec

The subject of the contract for Lot 3 are services consisting in the removal of trees intended for felling, located on plots managed by PGW Wody Polskie in the area of the Żywiec Catchment Board, NW in Sucha Beskidzka
