The subject of this framework agreement is the execution of masonry, plastering, tiling and earthenware work, the restoration of apartments (free or occupied) as well as common areas (interior and exterior) on the heritage of Logial- Oph located in the department of Val-de-Marne (lot 1) and in the department of Essonne (lot 2).

The holder of each of the lots of the framework agreement may also be required to carry out small works of VRD.

The description of the work and their technical specifications are given in the Cahier des clauses technique particular (CCTP) common to the two lots. The prizes of the framework agreement are not broken down into optional installments. The total duration of the lots of the framework agreement may not exceed two years. Optional variants are not allowed. The contracting authority does not impose any mandatory variant.

The services of lot n ° 1 relate to the realization of masonry, plastering, tiling and earthenware work, the restoration of apartments (free or occupied) as well as common areas (interior and exterior) on the heritage of Logial-Oph located in the Val-de-Marne department (lot 1). The holder of lot no. 1 may also be required to carry out minor road works.
