The contest is for the delivery of film production. The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimate is not binding. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for approx. 700 000 NOK excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years.

The volume in the contract period will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's need, activities, budget situation, and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information.

Lots/groups

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or more groups.

Group division: Group 1: small, individual video productions with completed stage management and concept. Production time maximum 1 working week. Production value: up to 100 000 NOK, excluding VAT.

Group 2: Larger productions that include idea and concept development, stage management and manuscript, with greater complexity in the technical and content implementation. Production value: over 100 000 NOK, excluding VAT.

Group 3: Animation films large and small animation projects that include ideas and concept development. The production value will vary depending on the size.

If possible, 3 parallel framework agreements will be signed with tenderers within group 1. 1 framework agreement will be signed in group 2. 1 framework agreement will be signed in group 3.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.
