Description:
Design, production and distribution of Infopoint Myenergy communication media

The contract concerns the activities carried out by Myenergy within the framework of the Myenergy Infopoint, more specifically the design and production of communication media and, where applicable, their printing and distribution. To ensure the visibility of Myenergy Infopoint and to inform residents of the services and events offered to them, Myenergy sets up with the municipalities a certain number of information supports and signage elements. The purpose of this submission is to award an order to a service provider to take charge of the graphic adaptations of existing documents and supports or to be created on the basis of Myenergy's current or future graphic charter (see appendix 3). Where appropriate, the production and distribution of the various documents will also be requested. It should be noted that it is not a question of developing a new graphic charter, but of adapting it to the various communication media.

The contract concerns the activities carried out by Myenergy within the framework of the Myenergy Infopoint, more specifically the design and production of communication media and, where applicable, their printing and distribution. The Infopoint Myenergy service, formalized by an agreement between Myenergy and the municipality (s), includes, first, basic energy advice for residents, and, second, rather technical assistance to the municipality (s) ( s) always linked to the subjects of construction, renovation and sustainable mobility. Today 101 of the 102 Luxembourg municipalities are part of the Infopoint Myenergy network (an Infopoint can bring together several municipalities). There are currently 24 Myenergy Infopoints. Together, this enables more than 620,000 inhabitants to benefit from the services offered by the municipalities and Myenergy, at home, by video conference or in one of the offices located in the immediate vicinity of their homes. To ensure the visibility of Myenergy Infopoint and to inform residents of the services and events offered to them, Myenergy sets up with the municipalities a certain number of information supports and signage elements.
