The aim of the enquiry is to choose a tenderer for the renewal of licences and support for our existing Palo Alto firewalls and services. Support includes Palo Alto provided support, and the tenderer's own support service with consultancy services. The contract will also cover any supplementary procurements of new licences for Palo Alto products. Replacements of current firewalls with newer units are not covered by the contract.
