The purpose of the contract is to define the conditions under which the Contractor provides technical assistance for the maintenance and operation of the ventilation networks of the LG1, HERA and CD installations.

Firm services:

- Assistance mission to maintain the proper functioning of the networks

- Assistance in the management of incidents and breakdowns

- Assistance in the management of preventive and curative maintenance

- Assistance mission for the management of regulatory verifications (VRP) and periodic test controls (CEP)

- Assistance mission to update inventories of ventilation equipment

- Assistance mission for the management of the technical repository

- Management mission and follow-up of all requests for intervention / works (DI/DT)

- Generic missions to carry out studies and works.

Optional services:

Option 1: Extension of benefits for an additional year (year 4)

Option 2: Extension of benefits for an additional year (Year 5)

Option 3: 1-month outgoing reversibility.

• One month of so-called active reversibility, during which the outgoing Holder carries out the missions under the observation of the incoming Holder whom he trains and informs.

Unit price services:

- Updating the network plan

- Inspection rounds of ventilation networks

- Drafting of specifications / technical specifications / proof of purchase

- Expertise on ventilation work

- Balancing array antennas

- Carrying out aeraulic measurements

- Drafting of technical reports (rounds, etc.), minutes of basic operations (balancing, air measurements, etc.) and semi-annual reports.

SERVICES ON A MODIFICATION SHEET BASED ON A PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE (FDMDP):

The services on FDMDP concern the performance of modification services directly related to the subject of the contract.
