Public-Private Partnership through financial lease of public works pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles. 180 paragraph 8, 183 paragraph 16 and 187 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 as amended, concerning the executive design developed according to the BIM methodology, the construction, redevelopment, reorganization, financing as well as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for 20 years of the buildings of the Veritas Sacca San Biagio operations center, based on the proposal submitted by a private subject (whose data are better specified in the tender documents).

Public-Private Partnership for the assignment of the executive design developed according to the BIM methodology pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 13 of the Code of Public Contracts and Ministerial Decree 1/12/2017 n. 560, the construction, redevelopment, reorganization, financing as well as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for 20 years of the buildings of the Veritas Sacca San Biagio operations center, pursuant to Articles. 183 paragraphs 15 et seq. and 187 of the Code of Public Contracts. The Contracting Authority bases the tender with the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study that has been prepared by the Promoter, with respect to which the Competitor must propose improvements that will be developed through the preparation of a Final Project developed according to the BIM methodology to be presented in the tender by the Bidder.
