The present call for tender has 3 specific objectives:

1) build knowledge about the use of European Structural and Investment (ESI) Funds for health in the new programming period 2014–2020;

2) prepare managerial and technical tools for effective health investments; and

3) provide practical support for the use of Structural Funds to Member States i.e. Ministries of Health, Managing Authorities and other bodies involved in the programming and managing of Structural Funds in health.
