The subject of this call for tenders is the call for project management services for the new construction of the administrative building district office Rottweil.

These project management services are according to project stages 1 to 5 in accordance with § 2 of the performance and fee regulations project management in the construction and real estate industry, edited by the Committee of Associations and Chamber of Engineers and Architects for the Fee Regulations e. V. (AHO publication series no. 9, 5th edition, as of March 2020, in The following: Performance and fee regulations project management in the construction and real estate industry) for the areas of action

- A: organization, information, coordination and documentation,

- B: qualities and quantities,

- C: costs and financing,

- D: dates and capacities and logistics,

- E: contracts and insurance.

To be provided in accordance with the specifications of the tender.

The project includes the dismantling of the high-rise building with a circular structure and the new construction of an administration building. The commissioning takes place in stages. Project stages 1 and 2, areas of action A-E, are initially commissioned with the award, and then project stages 3, 4 and 5 are also commissioned in stages in accordance with the requirements of the award documents.

The specific scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from the tender documents.
