Charter of a crew transfer vessel (CTV) for the transportation of personnel as well as material, components and spare parts to the offshore wind farm Trianel Windpark Borkum II as well as possibly other wind farms in the vicinity of the Trianel Windpark Borkum II.

TWBII requires CTV services for crew transfer from the service station Borkum to the offshore wind farm Trianel Windpark Borkum II and vice versa as well as within the wind farm itself. Further transfer is possibly needed for wind farms nearby. All the regulations of the service specification provided apply to a CTV with a transport capacity of at least 24 persons. This CTV will serve both to transfer crew and also to transport construction and spare parts.
