Engineering planning services according to HOAI in the areas of outdoor facilities, engineering structures and traffic facilities in connection with the implementation of the InHK center of Gangelt for the community of Gangelt.
As part of the intermunicipal development concept “The West Point Region”, extensive measures are planned to make the town center of Gangelt more attractive.
A large part of the measures to be implemented include the services of the outdoor facilities, engineering structures and traffic facilities. For individual measures, it is possible to include funding from urban development funding, while a smaller portion of the performance is also to be realized outside of urban development funding.
For the client, the coordinated and coordinated planning of all measures is essential in order to successfully implement the objectives associated with the attractiveness measures.
Therefore, the client has decided to transfer the services of the individual aforementioned service profiles to a planner regardless of the inclusion of the urban development funding, whereby the individual measures are to be implemented in 4 commissioning stages differentiated according to service phases and packages of measures:

The client points out that due to the intended funding of the measure, a section-related implementation of the measure can be assumed. This should also be aimed for under the aspect of minimizing the impairment for the residents of Sittarder Strasse as much as possible. Furthermore, in this context, necessary coordination with the responsible authorities (including the district of Heinsberg) about traffic management must be carried out during the implementation of the measures.
