Construction of a new fire station in Kemnath.
The fire station will be divided into 3 construction phases:
Construction phase 1: vehicle hall + workshop (floor area: approx. 58.00 m x 18.00 m)
Construction phase 2: Fire brigade tower
Construction phase 3: Social wing (floor area: approx. 57.00 m x 24 m)
The roof construction of the vehicle hall (gable roof) and the workshop (monopitch roof) consists of glulam trusses
and cross-laminated timber panels. The social wing will have a reinforced concrete ceiling with a flat roof structure above it.
On the social wing, a granny flat with an additional three storage rooms in timber frame construction is planned.
