The Contracting Authority intends to purchase part of the construction works (stage I works, except for part of the engineering networks and engineering structures) of the sports building (sports and wellness complex) at J. Basanavičiaus g. 69A, Biržai. The category of the structure - a special structure; Group of structures: non-residential buildings: sports buildings. Type of construction - new construction.
1. Part of the construction works of the sports building (sports and wellness complex) at J. Basanavičiaus g. 69A, Biržai (stage I works, except for part of the engineering networks and engineering structures). Building category – special construction; Group of structures: non-residential buildings: sports buildings. The type of construction is new construction.
2. Works must be carried out in accordance with the technical project developed by JSC “Construction Engineering Services” “Sports and Wellness Complex) Basanavičiaus str. 69A, Biržai, construction project “(hereinafter referred to as “Project”), Project No. EE-TPVP-1305-16, prepared in 2014, approved by Order of the Director of Municipal Administration of Biržai District dated December 15, 2014 No. A-995 “On sports purpose building (sports and wellness complex) in Biržai, Basanavičiaus st. 69A, Construction Technical Design Approval”.
3. It is necessary to carry out the contract work of stage I provided for in the Project (a universal gym with household premises, training, aerobics halls, a café, administrative premises and the arrangement of the plot). General indicators of the building for stage I works: total area – 4159.14 sq. m. m: the main one – 2942.11 sq. m. m; auxiliary – 1217.03 sq. m. m; the volume of the building is 27610 cu. m. m; number of floors in pcs. – 2; the height of the building is 12.00 m. The supplier is obliged to prepare a work project.
Note: In preparing the proposal for this purchase not to evaluate the installation of heat supply field networks. The works of the rank of these engineering networks will be purchased by separate purchase.
4. The supplier will have to make cadastral measurements and prepare cadastral measurements files, preparation of completing drawings, carrying out certification of the energy performance of the building and the preparation of other necessary technical documentation necessary for the completion of construction.
