Description:
Acting as an investor supervision inspector over the execution of construction works consisting in the biological development of slopes and the construction of two culverts with increased light

The subject of this contract is to perform the function of an investor supervision inspector over the implementation of construction works consisting in building biological slopes and construction of two culverts with increased light. Orders are divided into 3 lots.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor based on an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended). The obligation to employ on the basis of an employment contract does not apply if the contractor or subcontractor personally performs the above activities (e.g. a natural person running a business, partners in a civil law partnership).


Acting as investor supervision inspector over the task entitled Biological development of the stream banks in the Siedliska Forestry

The Contractor's duties include:

a) representing the investor on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the project, building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;

b) detailed familiarization with the full investment documentation (including design, specification) necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract;

c) checking the quality of construction works and the use of products when carrying out these works in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202, as amended), and in particular the prevention of the use of defective and not approved construction products for use in construction;

d) checking and acceptance of construction works that are being covered or disappearing, up to 3 days from the date of notification of the need to receive it by the construction manager

e) participation in tests and technical acceptance of installations, technical devices as well as preparation and participation in the activities of collecting ready construction works and putting them into use within 3 days from the date of notification;

f) confirmation of the works actually carried out and removal of defects;

g) participation in the settlement of the supervised scope of works and investments,

h) controlling construction accounts;

i) quantity and quality control of works;

j) controlling whether the works are carried out by the Contractor indicated in the contract for the execution of works concluded between the Investor and the Contractor,

k) issuing instructions to the construction manager or works manager, confirmed by an entry in the construction log, regarding:

1) removal of irregularities or threats,

2) carrying out tests or examinations, also those requiring the discovery of covered works or elements,

3) presenting expert opinions on conducted construction works as well as information and documents confirming the use of products in the course of construction works, in accordance with art. 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202, as amended), as well as information and documents confirming the authorization to use technical devices;

l) requesting the construction manager or works manager to make corrections or re-perform faulty work, as well as suspend further construction works if their continuation could cause a threat or cause unacceptable non-compliance of the works with the project.

m) participating in the transfer of construction works to the Contractor by way of a construction site along with the Employer - Investor,

n) participation in resolving, with the participation of the Employer, any problems related to the implementation of construction works not included in the documentation, but having an impact on the increase in the cost of works and the deadline for completion.

o) reporting to the Employer the need for additional work by the contractor,

p) Consulting and developing together with the Investor a necessity protocol specifying the scope of works and costs of additional works,

q) checking and verifying the contractor's cost estimates for additional works,

r) agreeing with the Investor and the Contractor on any possible changes in the project documentation, controlling the progress of construction works, and in the event of any irregularities found, submitting relevant applications to the Employer,

s) controlling the correctness of keeping the construction log and making entries in it stating all the circumstances relevant to the proper execution of the works,

t) checking the quality and completeness of as-built documentation.


Performing the function of an investor supervision inspector over the tasks Reconstruction of the culvert to an arched object with more light in the Borownica Forest

The Contractor's duties include:

a) representing the investor on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the project, building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;

b) detailed familiarization with the full investment documentation (including design, specification) necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract;

c) checking the quality of construction works and the use of products when carrying out these works in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202, as amended), and in particular the prevention of the use of defective and not approved construction products for use in construction;

b) detailed familiarization with the full investment documentation (including design, specification) necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract;
