The assignment consists of having (project) engineering, project (bege-)management and support within civil engineering projects carried out. The agreement is entered into for a period of 2 years, from 1 October 2022 with a maximum duration of 4 years.

The assignment consists of having (project) engineering, project (bege-)management and support within civil engineering projects carried out.

Hoofdonderdelen:

• performing cultural and civil engineering drawing work;

• determining quantities of t.b.v. specifications preparation; the realization of a RAW specification

including attachments;

• writing the information note;

• checking the winning offer and giving a binding award advice;

• supervising and managing;

• consultancy work in the fields of traffic, urban planning, landscaping, paving and the environment;

• supporting activities in trajectories with (citizen) participation;

• supervising investigations to be carried out by third parties;

• other activities if applicable.

The agreement is entered into for a period of 2 years, from 1 October 2022 (signing)

At the end of the initial duration of 2 years, an evaluation takes place, also financially. In the case of a positive evaluation, an extension of 2 years may be laid down. The maximum duration is therefore 4 years.
