The Contracting Authority calls this Contract: 'procurement service'. The Assignment that is put out to tender consists mainly of the following components: guidance of tenders & purchasing and legal advice (helpdesk).

The Contracting Authority estimates the value of the Assignment in any case higher than € 215,000.00 excluding VAT. The value of this Framework Agreement has been estimated at € 150,000,-- excluding VAT per year.
