The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of ferric sulphate PIX 112 and PIX 113 expected for delivery during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the following. The actual quantity of ferric sulphate PIX 112 and PIX 113 supplied may be:

• PIX 112: from 700 tons to 925 tons,

• PIX 113: from 900 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes.

The above provision results from the possibility of reducing the production of electricity, caused by the amount of energy demand by the national power system and in the event of failure of generation equipment at the Ordering Party, causing a long-term repair stop or reducing the demand for iron sulphate PIX 112 and / or PIX 113 as a result of optimizing the operation of power units.

The quantities of ferric sulphate PIX 112 and PIX 113 to be delivered in individual months are described in detail in Appendices No. 1÷2 to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.6.2023.

2. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement, constituting Part 2 of the Terms of Reference.
