Provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Godów and PSZOK from 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024The subject of the contract in part I is the implementation of the service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Commune of Godów and PSZOK, in the period from 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024, in the scope of:
- collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Godów Commune. The area of the Godów Commune is 3808 ha, the Godów Commune includes seven villages: Godów, Gołkowice, Skrzyszów, Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Skrbeńsko, Podbucze. The list of properties inhabited in the Godów Commune is included in Annex 10 to the swz.
- operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Skrbeńsk, Piotrowicka Street run by the Municipality of Godów, every Wednesday from 11.00 to 17.00 and on Saturday from 8.00 to 14.00.

There are 8 buildings in the municipality, which are managed by the municipality (the list of buildings is attached as Annex 10a to the swz). During the year, there may be occasional additional collections of municipal waste collected during organized festivals and cultural events in the municipality.
The Contractor is obliged to prepare monthly reports on the amount of waste collected and submit the above-mentioned reports to the Contracting Authority by the 15th of each month for the previous month.
