The existing ZNA area at the UKL will be rebuilt and expanded. This conversion takes place in 2 construction phases with subsequent dismantling of interim parts. The services in this award unit are part of the 1st construction phase and include:

- approx. 2000 m2 of full spatula on walls and ceilings;

- approx. 1900 m2 of fibreglass fleece on walls and ceilings;

- approx. 1900 m2 initial coating on walls and ceilings in different shades;

- approx. 45m2 2K-PU painting on small areas;

- approx. 4 pieces of painted steel doors;

- approx. 13 pieces of painting steel frame frames.
