The subject of the contract is the performance of services in the field of maintenance of inland flowing waters in the area of Water Supervision in Sokołów Podlaski and Węgrów.The order is divided into 10 lots. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts for which the contractor may submit a bid.
The scope of works includes mainly:
• mechanical mowing of lichens from slopes, roadsides and the bottom of watercourses,
• manual mowing of lichens from slopes, roadsides and the bottom of watercourses with raking,
• manual cutting of bushes and lining,
• removal of branches or shredding with a chipper,
• manual demolition of dams made by beavers,
• removal of scrap metal and trees cut down by beavers,
• desilting of the bottom of the watercourse along with the spreading of excavated material,
• cleaning and accompanying works,
• building of gaps,
• exercising environmental supervision in accordance with the decision permitting the destruction, removal and damage of the European beaver issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Warsaw.
Maintenance of the Cetinje River at km 0+450-8+830, 10+300-34+600.The scope of works on the task includes mainly:
- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes;
- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes along with raking;
- mechanical mowing of dense hard lichen from the bottom;
- manual mowing of dense lichen hard from the bottom along with raking;
- manual shearing of the average density of bushes and lining;
- manual demolition of dams made by beavers;
- mechanical removal of silt with a layer of 30 cm along with the plantation of the spoil;
- manual removal of silt with a layer of 40 cm;
- removal of scrap metal and trees cut down by beavers;
- construction of breaches with repair of slope insurance,
- exercising environmental supervision in accordance with the decision permitting the destruction, removal and damage of the European beaver issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Warsaw.
Maintenance of the Kobylanka River at km 1+190-1+650, 1+670-9+268 and 9+290-11+015The scope of works of lot 10 mainly includes:
- mechanical mowing of lichens from slopes and roadsides;
- manual mowing of lichens from slopes and roadsides;
- raking mowed lichens from slopes;
- mechanical mowing of lichen from the bottom;
- manual mowing of lichen from the bottom with raking;
- manual cutting of bushes and lining;
- mechanical shredding of branches;
- manual demolition of dams made by beavers;
- cleaning and accompanying works along the watercourse,
- exercising environmental supervision in accordance with the decision permitting the destruction, removal and damage of the European beaver issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Warsaw.
Maintenance of the river Buczynka at km 0+000-37+800The scope of works on the task includes mainly:
- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes;
- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes along with raking;
- mechanical mowing of dense hard lichen from the bottom;
- manual mowing of dense lichen hard from the bottom along with raking;
- manual shearing of the average density of bushes and lining;
- manual demolition of dams made by beavers;
- manual removal of silt with a layer of 40 cm;
- removal of scrap metal and trees felled by beavers,
- exercising environmental supervision in accordance with the decision permitting the destruction, removal and damage of the European beaver issued by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Warsaw.
Maintenance of the Kosivka River at km 0+700-23+175.The scope of works of Lot 3 mainly includes:
- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes;
- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes along with raking;
- mechanical mowing of dense hard lichen from the bottom;
- manual mowing of dense lichen hard from the bottom along with raking;
- manual shearing of the average density of bushes and lining;
