Modernize servers and storage

As part of a modernization measure, the Hochtaunus clinics intend to increase the performance of their Usingen, Bad Homburg and Königstein sites and to upgrade the server and storage IT infrastructure to the latest state of the art. The scope of the service is new server and storage systems, whereby the precise equipment of the systems is to be coordinated with the bidders as part of the negotiation process. In addition, the client is considering switching to a hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) as an alternative to a 3-tier architecture. The scope of the service also includes the services for commissioning and the subsequent server/operation, whereby the exact characteristics of the operating performance are defined in the process. The aim is also to conclude a framework agreement with the successful bidder for an innovation partnership, which grants the client access to current products at defined discount rates for the contract period.
