The works provided for in this contract consist of the renovation and insulation of the facades of the buildings located in Square Albert 1 st nº 1 to 28 in 1070 Brussels, by the implementation of an insulation and a new facing made of clay bricks, supplemented locally by metal elements of facade cladding.

The works also include the maintenance of the housing frames as well as the demolition and complete rebuilding of the storefronts of the 24 shops and glazed units at the entrances to the four high buildings.
