The contracting authority is conducting this open tender procedure with the aim of securing the services necessary to maintain and develop the pre-existing ICT environment.

The contractor must act as a system integrator, providing on-the-spot IT support as well as overall monitoring and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure. This includes all IT hardware and software infrastructure; internet and telephony infrastructure; other office devices including photocopier/printers and faxes. The service must also cover equipment repair and disposal.

No supply element of hardware or software will be covered under this contract. However, the contractor must advise the Joint Undertakings on any recommended new supplies required for system maintenance and stability.
