The subject of custody is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the educational school assistance service through the intervention of assistants for autonomy and personal communication (educational-welfare operators or educators) for the school integration of handicapped pupils certified pursuant to L.104/92 attending state and high school schools and residents in the Municipality of Bellaria Igea Marina for a four-year school period without prejudice to the longer duration related to individual contracts descendants.
