This framework agreement is concluded according to an open call for tenders procedure governed by Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1 and 2, R. 2161-2 and following of the code. of public procurement. Lot 2: rental of coaches with drivers for tourist outings and stays. This consultation was the subject of a previous consultation carried out by open call for tenders and broken down into two distinct lots:

- lot 1: rental of coaches with drivers for day or half-day outings,

- lot 2: rental of coaches with drivers for outings and tourist stays.

These two lots were awarded for a period from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2021 inclusive and tacitly renewable three times per period of one year, i.e. until 30.6.2024. The public purchaser has decided not to renew the contract awarded for lot no. 2 from 1.7.2021. The present consultation concerns only the lot n ° 2. Framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders, passed by a public purchaser with minimum and maximum amounts of orders, without reopening in competition during the attribution of the purchase orders, in application Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

The amounts will be likely to vary as follows:
