1. The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority a comprehensive care service for the portals of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN (portal of the Polin Museum, Polin, Polscy Sprawiedliwi, Virtualny Shtetl), including: service, development, migration.

2. A detailed description and the object of the order and a description of the execution of the order shall be given a description of the Object of the Order (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”), which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

Providing to the Ordering Party a comprehensive care service for the portals of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN (POLIN Museum Portal, Polscy Sprawiedliwi, Virtualny Shtetl), including: service, development, migration.

The order includes the following portals operating on the basis of Drupal:1.1 Portal POLIN Museum www.polin.pl; 1.2 Polscy Sprawiedliwi www.Sprawiedliwi.org.pl; 1.3 Virtual Shtetl www.sztetl.org.plEach of the portals functions as a separate website, however portals Polish Fair and Virtual Shtetl are based on a common database. Descriptions of the portals and their functionality are included in the technical documentation which will be communicated to the Contractors participating in the proceedings at their request. The release of the above-mentioned documentation, constituting the secret of the enterprise, will be made after the Contractor submitting a request containing an obligation to keep the information entrusted to him by the Contracting Authority confidentiality (Annex No 1 to the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order).
