cultivation and reservation contract for the supply and delivery of plants as part of the Urban Renewal Project (Pru) of the Banlay district in NEVERS

As part of the Urban Renewal Project (Pru) of the Banlay district in NEVERS (58000), the purpose of this consultation is the supply and delivery of plants through a cultivation and reservation contract, according to the different phases of development of the district.

The expected services consist mainly of:

- The cultivation and reservation of plants,

- marking in nurseries,

- the maintenance and training of plants (including transplants for certain subjects) in the pe-pinière from the order until delivery,

- uprooting of plants,

- packaging of plants (containers, clods or bare roots),

- their deliveries (loading, transport and unloading) to the Banlay project site

Perennials and Grasses

the species, varieties, size, strength, packaging, indicative quantity and certifications/labeling of the plants to be supplied are specified in the estimated quantity estimate equivalent to the unit price schedule attached to the Dce.

Whether in the context of cultivation or reservation, plants must respond mainly and whenever possible to the Local Plant label for native plants, mainly and when possible to the ab label "Organic Farming" for fruit trees or any other label with similar characteristics and commitments. In all cases, the plants must meet at least one of the other labels expected in this market (Blue plant, Fleurs de France, Label rouge, amf, a.b. Or other duly justified).

This contract defines 6 phases of execution which correspond to the development phases of the Banlay district within the framework of the PRU and which are established, in a provisional manner, as follows:

- Phase 1: Year 2023 Facilities RD 907

- phase 2: Year 2024 New developments rue Blaise Pascal, hopper, car parks and rue Flaubert

- Phase 3: Year 2025 Development of Place du Village and Balzac Park

- Phase 4: Year 2026 Development of Renan and Stévenot streets

- Phase 5: Year 2027 Developments on Combes and Guynemer streets

- Phase 6: Year 2028 Development rue des Taille

Maximum amount over the duration of the contract: 40,000 euro (excl. VAT).

Shrubs / Trees

the species, varieties, size, strength, packaging, indicative quantity and certifications/labels of the plants to be supplied shall be specified in the estimated quantity estimate equivalent to the unit price schedule attached to the ECD.

Whether in the context of cultivation or reservation, plants must respond mainly and whenever possible to the Local Plant label for native plants, mainly and when possible to the ab label "Organic Farming" for fruit trees or any other label with similar characteristics and commitments. In all cases, the plants must meet at least one of the other labels expected in this market (Blue plant, Fleurs de France, Label rouge, amf, a.b. Or other duly justified).
