The subject of the order is the repair, maintenance, programming and repair of the media technology systems including the procurement of new devices.

In addition, the audio crossbar (previously NEXUS) is to be replaced by a new system in 2020 with a corresponding adjustment of the media control. The fiber optic connection should be adapted and expanded if necessary.

The contractor is responsible for the repair, maintenance, software procurement, repair, programming and documentation of the media technology systems including the procurement of new devices.

The object of performance is the creation of the overall system described below, including bringing about the operational readiness by the contractor on the basis of a contract for work and - if agreed below - the system service and the further development of the overall system.

The services for creating the overall system form a factual, economic and legal unit. It is essential for the customer that the contractor creates the functionality of the overall system as agreed in this contract and takes all necessary steps. The contractor is the responsible general contractor for the creation of the overall system and is liable for the services of his subcontractors as well as for his own services.
