This contract covers the supply and management of subscriptions to magazines, newspapers and other periodical publications for the CNC.

The expected services cover the provision and management of subscriptions to various titles: magazines, general or specialized periodicals, isolated, special, special issues, directories, etc. These titles can be French or foreign, in paper and / or digital format.

The services do not cover subscriptions contracted directly with publishers, when the latter do not authorize the order through the subscription agencies.

Appendix 1 “List of subscriptions and unit price schedule” to the act of engagement contains all the subscriptions taken out by the CNC for the year 2020.
