The tendered services of this lot include both the replacement of bridge structure 9 (4506 848) and the replacement of retaining wall 8.2
(4506 891). Both structures are located south of the AKK and will be erected about 90 m northwest of the current building. Building 9 carries the A3 via ramp F (from Venlo to Cologne) and ramp H (from Essen to Cologne). Building 8.2, which consists of two substructures, connects to BW 9 to the south. The western retaining wall will only be partially demolished. The eastern retaining wall is to be completely renewed.
The tendered services also include the refurbishment/renovation, furnishing and maintenance of a construction office.
