The purpose of this open European tendering contract is to treat household waste at approved facilities. This market is divided into 3 lots. The waste comes from the geographical area over which the union is competent, namely 29 communes all located in Meurthe-et-Moselle.

Treatment of residual household garbage and bulky objects for 29 municipalities with a population of 54,067 inhabitants.

The plant waste that must be treated comes from the door-to-door collection carried out in the union's communes or the voluntary contributions of the private individuals in waste disposal.
