The current HMI/SCADA for industrial automation system for control, monitoring, data collection and reporting of water and wastewater processes in the Agency for Water and Wastewater Services is from the year 2000. The system has been upgraded several times, but the core of the system is still old and outdated and no longer keeps up with technology in relation to current requirements for security, functionality, flexibility, data exchange and visualization. Consequently, the Agency for Water and Wastewater Services needs a new future oriented and modern top system.
