The subject of the contract is a delivery of 13,000 m 3 diesel fuel intended for driving high-speed diesel engines used in communication buses, carried out successively from the date of the contract for the next 24 months. Diesel fuel must meet the requirements of PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 Automotive Fuels - Diesel fuels - Requirements and test methods as well as the ordinance of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015, 1680).

1. The offered diesel fuel must meet the requirements of the PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 standard. Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel oils - Requirements and test methods as well as the ordinance of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels ( Journal of Laws 2015, 1680).

2. In order to confirm that the offered diesel fuel meets the requirements of item 1, the Employer requires:

a. a document specifying the name of the manufacturer and reference parameters of the diesel fuel offered (Annex C to the tender form SIWZ), confirming compliance with the requirements for the oil in question;

b. the certificate of the entity authorized for quality control confirming that the marked products being the subject of the delivery meet specific standards or technical specifications (e.g. quality certificate issued by a certified laboratory, confirming the compliance of the offered product with the standards and specifying the physical and chemical parameters of the fuel).

3. In the event of a change in the standards and regulations set out in point 1, the oil offered must comply with the amended standards and regulations.

4. The Awarding Entity allows the possibility of conducting a local visit to familiarize with the terms of the contract.

5. The Employer requires that diesel oil be supplied by the Contractor with his own or rented road tankers, at his expense and risk, to the Employer's gas station in Gliwice, ul. Chorzowska 150 from Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 11.30.

6. The minimum size of a single delivery is approximately 20,000 liters. These deliveries will only be made in situations that the Purchaser could not foresee, e.g. in the event of a breakdown at a service station.

7. The Awarding Entity requires that with each delivery the drain valves or loading / unloading box in road tankers should be sealed.
