The purpose of this contract is to select 1 service provider who will be responsible for the maintenance of unpaved areas and paved areas in airside (that is to say "airside") and in landside (that is to say "City side") of Liège Airport.

Services include the maintenance of lawns, embankments, grass ditches, roundabouts, planting areas, fences, hydrocarbon, concrete, paved surfaces, curbs, gabions and gutters as well as the collection of waste concomitant with interviews and around the car parks and roads leading to the airport site.

Services include the maintenance of 3 types of areas (type 1 areas: mowing, type 2 areas: mowing once a year and type 3 areas: mowing twice a year), fences, hydrocarbon and concrete surfaces , cobblestones, curbs, gabions and gutters as well as the collection of waste concomitant with interviews.
