The subject of the contract is the supply of food products to 35 WOG, i.e. vegetable oils and fats, milk and dairy products, bread and confectionery, animal fats intended for current nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the area of supply of 35 WOG in 2024, implemented on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 4.12.2014 on free food for professional soldiers and soldiers performing service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 24.03.2011 on the nutrition of active military service soldiers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts.
