The contract is awarded by way of an open procedure.
See the task description for details on the scope of services.
With the government focus "Inner Cities of the Future", the state government has started a process to develop vital, multifunctional inner cities in Rhineland-Palatinate. This process is now to be continued and further developed.
With local, thematically individual workshops, concepts for inner city design are to be developed with the inner-city actors on site. Homepage innenstaedte.rlp.de is to be further developed into a platform that municipalities can use for themselves in a variety of ways. The BID funding is to be promoted and intensified more strongly.
In detail, these are the following services:
- Planning, conception and implementation of a series of at least five two-hour local, thematically individual workshops with about 20 people per year ("Sprint" workshops).
- Documentation of the results of each workshop through photos and the creation of editorial text contributions with a length of about 1000 characters.
- Promotion of the "Sprint" workshops and the "CityBoost" to promote BID projects by contacting various municipalities by telephone and e-mail and with the aim of attracting ten municipalities per year to carry out a workshop.
- Care and maintenance of the homepage innenstaedte.rlp.de in close coordination with the client in the scope of two days' work per month.
- Production of at least six authentic video stories of around 90 seconds per year about successful BIDs, workshops or other IoT projects.
- Writing and sending one digital newsletter per quarter to a group of participants to be determined by the client. The scope of each newsletter is approximately 1500 characters.
