The object of the procurement is the HVAC work (framework agreement) of the municipality of Muhos in accordance with the tender documents for the years 2023-2025. The framework agreement also includes the possibility of two separate option years.

The projects covered by the framework agreement mainly consist of repairs, maintenance and alterations to existing buildings. Small new construction projects can also be implemented on the basis of framework agreements. The content of the works and the terms of the framework agreement can be found in the draft framework agreement in Annex 3.

The framework agreement will be concluded with five operators.
