The purpose of this consultation is to provide the services necessary for the complete operation of the Center Aquavallée complex for public use, consisting of:

a building and its surroundings including sports and relaxation facilities including a swimming and leisure pool, a balneo therapy relaxation area, a sports area squash room, a weight room and a multipurpose room.

The consultation is divided into 2 lots:

- lot n o 1: the operation of the center, including organization, supervision of bathing, organization of courses and activity and routine maintenance of premises,

- lot n o 2: the maintenance of technical installations, including the supply of fluids, the operation and maintenance of materials and equipment made available.

The provider of this lot will operate the center, including the organization, supervision of bathing, organization of courses and activity and routine maintenance of the premises. This in accordance with the provisions laid down in the CCTP relating to lot o 1.
