Provision of transmission minutes of different bandwidths (occasional use) on a satellite space segment

In addition to the leasing of a fixed room segment in accordance with the EU award with the file number DPT O3/2023, the retrieval of satellite capacities as required in the form of additional transmission minutes with different bandwidths at high capacity utilization and productions scheduled at short notice - the occasional use - in the form of flexible framework agreements is also to be commissioned.

Different bandwidths between 6 MHz and 18 MHz are used for transmissions, which the contractor must enable per minute to book.

Leistungszeitraum: 01.05.2024 - 30.04.2026

The services requested in the context of this procurement procedure are available in the

"Appendix 01 Service Description".

Over the entire contract period (including optional extension) of a maximum of 4 years, the clients will commission a maximum of 370,000 minutes, distributed over the requested bandwidths. When this purchase quantity is reached, the framework agreement ends.

Over the total contract period (including optional extension) of a maximum of 4 years, the clients have calculated a minimum purchase quantity of approx. 180,000 minutes, spread over the requested bandwidths.

The purchase quantities mentioned do not include any purchase obligation.

The contracts to be concluded replace existing contracts that end on 30.04.2024.
