The main objectives of this procurement are:

1) To award parallel framework agreements for temporary staff agency services to at least three and up to 5 tenderers for temporary personnel for Norges Bank Investment Management's (NBIM) Oslo office. Mainly within IT, finance, HR, legal personnel and performance management (“Lot 1”) and

2) To award a contract to a tenderer for temporary staff for NBIM's London office for administration (“Lot 2”).

The Contracting Authority's need can vary from year to year. The actual volume can vary based on changes in grants, activities and other framework terms. The estimated number of hired personnel is approx. 30. The estimate is in no way binding for NBIM.

The Framework Agreements will be valid for 4 years.
