Several existing buildings are currently located on the site of the so-called Kirchenwirt in the municipality of Wörthsee. The building of the former Kirchenwirt is to be preserved and renovated as a local building. The remaining existing buildings will be demolished and replaced by 2 new buildings with several residential units. In addition, an event hall and small commercial units are being built on the site.
