Statutory audit services

The scope of the audit services assignment includes the following components:

- Audit of the consolidated financial statements N.V. Waterbedrijf Groningen, resulting in an audit report;

- Review of the annual company report under the Drinking Water Act, resulting in an audit report (in accordance with regulation Drinking Water Act and/or additional requirements from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management);

- Performing the natural advisory function (providing requested and unsolicited advice to Rvc, management and management), resulting from and inextricably linked to the certifying function;

- Carrying out control-related work;

- Waterbedrijf Groningen reserves the right to add similar work to be carried out as a result of changing work to this agreement, in consultation with the contractor.
