The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
The rapid provision of education support and teaching staff on demand as flexible workforce (s) for all locations of Mborijnland, where it concerns the (short) replacement of employees of Mborijnland. This can be on a temporary basis or on the basis of posting. In addition, the provision of employer services for the candidate recruited and selected by Mborijnland in the field of educational and support functions. Finally, the maintenance of a pool of surveillance customers who can be deployed on the basis of broadcasting during test and examination periods at MBORijnland.
The hiring of self-employed workers is excluded from this tender, as is outplacement and the hiring of specialist knowledge.
Educational staff (on a temporary or secondment basis with a broadcasting collective agreement)The scope of the assignment cannot be predicted exactly beforehand. For this reason, a framework agreement will be concluded per plot.
