Places of execution.

The provision of services shall be carried out:

— for lot 1, departing from the sewage treatment plant of Liège — Sclessin (green lane 80 to 4000 Liège) and extend until the sludge is delivered to the application sites via temporary storage if it exits;

— for lot 1, for farmers and on the various parcels concerned with agricultural upgrading, in particular as regards soil sampling for analysis and on the other hand the application of limed sludge;

— for lot 2, on the site of the sewage treatment plant of Liège — Sclessin.

The services of lot 1 include:

(1) contact with farmers and the search for the plots necessary for the agricultural upgrading of sludge;

(2) the removal of stored sludge and soil required by this contract;

(3) the analyses of stored sludge and soil required by this market;

(4) the transport of limed sludge to spreading plots or storage place (s) other than field edges with immediate exchange of containers to be evacuated by identical empty containers;

(5) the weighing of the sludge on the internal rocking bridge at the Liège — Sclessin station;

6) the storage of limed sludge, out of spreading plots, if it exits;

(7) the resumption of percolation juices if the limed sludge is stored, outside the edges of the field, on a sealed surface and the transport thereof to a sewage treatment plant, if it exits;

8) loading and transporting limed sludge from the storage place (s) to the spreading plots, if it exits;

(9) the transfer, if it exits, of unlimed sludge to the Lantin postliming centre;

10) the application of limed sludge on agricultural plots;

11) comprehensive agricultural monitoring of agricultural upgrading;

12) the complete preparation of agricultural and administrative monitoring documents relating to the agricultural upgrading sector;

(13) sending to the contracting authority all the documents required by the contracting authority, in particular all the results of sludge analyses;

14) the drafting of a final report on the valorisation of sludge.

The services of lot 2 concern:

(1) sludge sampling from the site concerned by lot 1;

2) analyses of sludge from the site concerned by lot 1;

(3) sending all sludge test results to the adjudicator.
