The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to MSSW facilities.

I. Requirements of the Ordering Party:

1. Standards and quality parameters of customer service in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Energy Law.

2. No possibility to increase the contractual amount per MWh during the term of the contract.

3. Payment for the f-ra 60 days from the date of receipt of the correctly issued f-ry.

4. Contract term 12 months.

5. Billing period 1 month.

6. Allowing the possibility of changing the contractual force at any stage of the contract.
