The Framework Agreement aims at a shared system for the development, integration and maintenance of applications and operational assistance for the scope of the DGAC's management and steering information system (SIGP).

This batch is for application development, integration, and maintenance. The current heritage includes about twenty applications whose maintenance is likely to be entrusted to the holder.this heritage may evolve during its execution. It includes services whose nature is summarized below:- initialization and implementation of the market;- support for application maintenance;- management of development and test environments;- corrective maintenance and maintenance of applications safety;- study and impact analysis;- functional and technical specifications of an application;- development and testing of applications (in V cycle or agile);- preventive maintenance, adaptive, perfective and scalable;- improvement of code and tests and code redesign;- data recovery and quality;- documentation of applications developed and maintained;- expertise (architecture, techniques, ...) punctual;- reversibility of application maintenance responsibility

This lot includes services whose nature is summarized below:- Assistance in project management - Technical and functional assistance and expertiseThis lot requires experience in project management of developments and outsourced maintenance activities in the technological fields mentioned for lot 1. Lot 2 also requires more advanced technical skills capable of challenging the proposals of the holder of lot 1. Finally, Lot 2 requires specific skills on SAP and HRACESS ERP to support the projects of the financial system sif (sap R/3) and the sirh (hracess)
