Framework Agreement for the Management of Infrastructure, VRD and Landscaping Operations in the Territory of the Shareholder Communities of the SPL

This consultation is directed to a single or grouped project management team with the following minimum skills and qualifications: VRD Design Office (bringing together skills in road, sanitation, street lighting, landfill); Landscape Architect; Civil Engineering Design Office (works of art and support); other skills may be sought when the need arises. The agent may, in each subsequent contract, declare a specialized subcontractor (Ecologist, BET circulation and travel, geotechnician, surveyor...). Applicants are allowed to present other competencies, either in co-contracting or subcontracting. In any event, the team must be able to justify references in HST and landscaping.
