Collection of municipal waste from properties located in sector VII in the City of Bydgoszcz - remaining in the municipal waste system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor for the benefit of the Contracting Authority of the following services and obligations:

1) collection of municipal waste:

a) from real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz, where the collection will be carried out from the Warsaw Heat and

b) from the points referred to in Chapter X, paragraph 10 of the OPZ

c) on the orders of the Contracting Authority provided for in Chapter X, section 2 of the OPZ,

2) transport of municipal waste collected as part of the services referred to in point 1 above to Waste Management Sites,

3) transfer of transported municipal waste at the Place of waste management, for their subsequent management,

4) providing bags for the collection of individual fractions of municipal waste,

5) marking containers for collecting individual fractions of municipal waste contained in the CI with the required stickers,

6) ensuring adequate sanitary condition of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste located in the EaP by washing them,

7) and services and obligations related to the above-mentioned services and obligations, resulting from the procurement documents

2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act. A similar contract may be awarded once or several times, but the value of the contract or similar orders may not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the reserved right, in particular in the case of:

1) commission the contractor for the collection of municipal waste in a period earlier or later than provided for in the basic contract,

2) entrusting the contractor to perform services other than those covered by the subject of the basic contract, provided that they are related to the subject of the basic contract,

3) commissioning the contractor to perform the same services in an area other than the area of the Sector to which the public procurement contract will apply (depending on the subject of the basic contract),

- with the proviso that it is possible to exercise the reserved right also to the extent combining two or more of the above-mentioned conditions.

3. The Contractor is obliged to submit the tender deposit before the deadline for submission of tenders in the amount of: PLN 450,000.00 (say: four hundred and fifty thousand zlotys)
