Difi invite tenderers to a tender competition for the delivery of an e-learning programme on management ethics. The procurement concerns the development of the e-learning programme, including the development of the technical content.

Management ethics is of common and cross discipline nature and contains topics that are relevant for all government organisations. The e-learning programme will be offered to all government organisations, and it will also be available to the municipal sector.

The e-learning programme shall be ready to use by the end of February 2017. The agreement contains an option on updating, further development and facilitating of the programme over a 5 year period.
